Our company's "JX" trademark was officially registered by the State Intellectual Property Office

On November 7, after five years of application, objection, withdrawal three appeals and other procedures, our company's "JX" trademark was officially registered by the State Intellectual Property Office.

 

In December 2017, in response to the requirement that Chinese characters should not be used in the product logo of the Oems, the company decided to register the "JX" trademark and designed the trademark pattern. On January 22, 2018, the Trademark Office of the former State Administration for Industry and Commerce officially accepted the application for the registration of the "JX" trademark with document No. TMZC28456837ZCSL01.

 

In mid-2018, the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce rejected our "JX" trademark and registration application on the grounds that the "JX" pattern design is highly similar to the registered trademark of Jiang Xiaoqin in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province.

 

In fact, after multiple verification, Changzhou Jiang Xiaoqin since the registration of the trademark, there is no use and maintenance.

 

In September 2022, the company decided to continue the registration of the "JX" trademark and entrusted Beijing Gaowo Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. to withdraw the registered trademark of Changzhou Jiang Xiaoqin for three appeals. In response to the lawsuit, Jiang Xiaoqin failed to provide relevant evidence of the use and maintenance of its trademark, and its registered trademark was legally cancelled by the State Intellectual Property Office in April 2023. In July this year, the State Intellectual Property Office announced the "JX" trademark of our company and officially registered it on November 7.

 

The successful registration of the "JX" trademark indicates that our company has made remarkable achievements in safeguarding intellectual property rights and intangible assets. On the one hand, our company pays attention to the publicity, use and maintenance of trademarks, and strives to shape the brand image; On the other hand, Jinxiang brand has long paid attention to product quality, improved product and enterprise influence, and cultivated a large number of loyal customers.
