In July 2007, Zhongxiang Jinxiang Automobile Halfshaft Co., Ltd., with the cooperation of the Administration for Industry and Commerce of Dandong City, Liaoning Province, successfully destroyed Kaida Halfshaft Factory, Wulongbei Town, Zhen'an District, Dandong City, a manufacturing dens located in Group 3, Xinjian Village, Wulongbei Town, Zhen'an District, the city.
The industrial and commercial department found that without the authorization of the trademark owner, Hubei Zhongxiang Jinxiang Automobile Half-axle Co., Ltd., Kaida Half-axle Factory in Wulongbei Town, Zhen'an District, Dandong City began to produce and sell the "Jinxiang" brand automobile half-axle without authorization in November 2005. On July 5, the industrial and commercial department found at its production site 50 finished automobile half-shafts with the "Jinxiang" logo, 52 semi-finished products, 2 molds with the "Jinxiang" logo and 2 sales accounts. According to the investigation, the factory has produced and sold 669 "Jinxiang" brand automobile half-shafts up to the crime, with the involved amount of 67665 yuan, which has had a bad impact on the brand image and corporate reputation of the famous brand in Hubei and the famous trademark "Jinxiang" half-shaft in Hubei and brought huge economic losses.

It is reported that after being punished by the industrial and commercial department, the business license of the factory was cancelled by the industrial and commercial department in July 2007.
