On August 16, the Great Wall Holding Group and Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone of Jiangsu Province signed a strategic cooperation agreement, in which the global headquarters and calcium titanium ore innovation industrial base project of Wuxi JD Solar Energy Technology Co. Technology Development Zone, with a planned investment of 3.8 billion yuan. 1、Great Wall Holding Group joined hands with Xishan Economic and Technological Development Zone of Jiangsu Province to invest 3.8 billion RMB.

4、The third generation semiconductor module will be applied to the main inverter and charging field of new energy vehicles, helping Great Wall Motor to develop rapidly in the direction of electrification.

The signed project of the global headquarters and calcium titanium ore innovation industrial base of Polar Light and Power will invest 3 billion yuan and cover a total area of 156 mu. It is planned to build the world's first GW-class calcium-titanium ore PV module and BIPV product production line, 100 tons of calcium-titanium ore quantum dot production line, global innovation center and headquarters building, and the annual output value is expected to reach 2.5 billion RMB.
In 2021, JD Solar became the world's No. 1 in the industry with an efficiency of 20% for its calcium-titanium ore photovoltaic modules, and was listed in MartinGreen's global solar cell efficiency table with a module efficiency of 20.5%. At present, EVERLIGHT has completed a Pre-A round of financing of RMB 220 million, and has built the world's largest 150MW calcium-titanium ore PV module pilot production line.
The third generation semiconductor module packaging and testing manufacturing base project, with a total investment of 800 million RMB, is built according to Industry 4.0 standard, covering an area of 30 mu, with a construction area of 28,000 square meters, and an annual capacity of 1.2 million sets of automotive grade modules. After the project reaches full production, the annual revenue is expected to reach 1.5 billion yuan and tax payment 100 million yuan. The project originates from the Great Wall Motor's Honeycomb business, and the future plan is to adopt the mode of "upstream raw material binding + self-built semiconductor business" and layout module packaging and testing in the first phase, aiming to build a high-tech semiconductor company with the R&D, production and sales of automotive-grade power modules as a whole, and aspire to become a leading enterprise of automotive-grade power semiconductors in China.
