On February 13, Jinxiang signed an agreement with Shenzhen Sihai Tongfang Management Consulting Co., Ltd., officially launching ISO/TS16949:2002 quality system certification from the beginning of March. This marks that Jinxiang Company will reach a new level in enterprise management and product quality.
The company has established a strict quality assurance system on the basis of GB/T19001-2000 since 2001. In March 2002, it passed the quality management system audit of China Fangyuan Logo Certification Committee and obtained the ISO9001:2000 system certificate. In order to ensure that the product quality meets the needs of customers and the market, and effectively reflect the quality management principle of focusing on customers, the company has improved the Implementation Rules of Internal Quality Management, increased the strength of rewards and punishment, and formed a comprehensive quality management three-dimensional monitoring network from top to bottom, which has improved the company's internal management level qualitatively on the one hand, and effectively guaranteed the steady improvement of product quality on the other hand. At the end of 2002, the "Jinxiang" brand automobile half axle was named as "Hubei Famous Trademark" by the Hubei Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce. At present, the application of Hubei famous brand products is under way.
With the approaching of 2006, the competition in the international auto industry will become more and more fierce, and the pace of global procurement of auto parts is gradually accelerating. Faced with this situation, the main engine manufacturers put forward higher requirements for the quality of parts and components, and the company timely put the TS16949 certification work on the agenda. It is expected that this work will be completed by the end of October.
