The company has always adhered to the development policy of "market-oriented, quality-efficient enterprise", based on high-quality products, optimized the product structure, accelerated the development of new products, and adhered to the business philosophy of honesty. In March this year, it successfully passed the ISO9001:2000 version of the quality system certification.
In order to effectively ensure the product quality, the company first established and improved a series of quality management systems with strong operability, requiring that each process must be handled according to the process flow. In line with the principle of "the next process is the user of the previous process", the employees are encouraged to strengthen the inspection of the products of the previous process, be responsible for the product quality of the current process, and deliver qualified products to the next process, It has formed the reverse quality supervision chain and the quality responsibility system of the whole process, and linked the product quality with the income of employees, with heavy rewards and heavy penalties, thus effectively promoting the improvement of product quality. Each series of products of the company have been tested by the Xiangfan National Automobile Test Base, with stable and reliable quality.
In recent years, the company has created high-quality and famous brand products, and continuously strengthened its technical innovation, introduced new technologies, and developed new products. The "Jinxiang" brand automobile axle covers 57 models in three series, including Dongfeng, Jiefang, and Beiqi Foton, and also extends to the fields of forklift, loader, harvester, and mine truck axle. "Jinxiang" trademark was rated as "famous trademark of Hubei Province" by Hubei Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce
