On the one hand, they seize the market with high-quality and low-cost products, separate retail from the entire sales market, start a "stove" and independent accounting, making the "cake" of retail bigger and bigger. According to the lowest sales price feedback from the market, the company reverses the cost, breaks down the task of cost reduction to each post, combines rewards and punishment, and squeezes out "water" from "dry towels". In the process of credit sales, they strictly carry out cash and spot transactions and use the recovered cash to buy steel, which not only speeds up the capital turnover, but also strictly controls the cost of raw material procurement. Take EQ140 half axle as an example: the production cost of each axle is 15.5 yuan lower than that of the previous year, the sales price is 20 yuan lower than that of the previous year, and the turnover of working capital is 1.7 times faster. On the other hand, according to the market demand, they developed four new products such as CA141 and YB130C and put them into the western market in time, realizing the leap from the simple production of "Dongfeng" series to the development of "Jiefang" half-axis. EQ153 and other products are also under development. At the same time, the company has also made adjustments in the main direction of sales. The provincial capital cities and medium-sized cities with many infrastructure projects are equally important, opening up a sales situation in 18 medium-sized cities in the west.
