On February 10, 2014, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce issued the "Disputed Ruling on No. 6189881 "Quanxiang QUAN XIANG and Figure" Trademark" in accordance with Article 28, Paragraph 3 of Article 41 and Article 43 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China. The trademark "Quanxiang QUAN XIANG and figure" was cancelled in accordance with the provisions of Article 28, Paragraph 3 of Article 41 and Article 43 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China.
On August 9, 2012, the Company filed a dispute application with the State Trademark Review and Adjudication Board (SMRAB), which was accepted by the State Trademark Committee and a collegial panel was formed to hear the case.
The State Trademark Review and Adjudication Board held that "Quanxiang QUAN XIANG and figure" was close to our company's current use of "Jinxiang trademark" in terms of text composition and call, and the overall impression was not easy to distinguish, which constituted a similar trademark. The common use of the two trademarks on the same and similar products, such as automobile chassis, is likely to cause confusion and misunderstanding of the source of goods among the relevant public. In addition, Xinkaidi Half-shaft Factory has been subjected to seizure and punishment by the industry and commerce department for malicious counterfeiting, so the trademark "Quanxiang QUAN XIANG and Figure" will be revoked according to the law.
